Our Pet Policy:
Please take a moment to read through our hotel’s pet policy and local information as it pertains to you and your furry friend.
- Dogs and cats under 40 pounds are welcome in the hotel. Service dogs are always welcome and exempt from charges.
- There is a $150 non-refundable room cleaning fee for short-term stays. For stays 7-30 days, the fee increases to $300. Additional fees will be assessed if there are any damages incurred throughout your stay.
- Please note, housekeeping will not be providing daily service during your stay. You may schedule housekeeping services by dialing “0”. We will be able to service your room while you and your pet are away from your room.
- Please do not leave your pet unattended in your guestroom or anywhere in the hotel.
- Pets must be on a leash, in a carry cage, or kennel while being transported within the hotel at all times.
- Due to health code restrictions, pets are not allowed in food service areas (i.e. The BAR and Fairmont Gold Lounge).
- Due to pet allergies and meal restrictions, we do not provide pet food/treats.
- Listed below are nearby suggestions to take your pet for a walk, purchase food, treats, or toys and information for a local veterinarian in case your pet is in need of a visit.
